Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation
At UniStreet, we take pride in creating premium official merchandise for colleges, universities, institutions, student communities, corporates, and organizations. Many of our products are manufactured specifically against customer orders and may include personalization or customization. Therefore, we encourage customers to carefully review product details, size charts, and customization information before placing an order.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
SECTION 1 - ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. However, since many of our products are made-to-order, cancellation requests are subject to the production status of the order.
Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet started.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately and provide:
- Order ID
- Registered email address
- Contact number
If the cancellation request is approved before production begins, the order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
This applies especially to:
- Customized products
- Personalized products
- Limited edition merchandise
- Products manufactured specifically against an order
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
UniStreet reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for orders that have already entered production or dispatch stages.
SECTION 2 - RETURN POLICY
Since most products sold through the UniStreet Official Merchandise Store are made-to-order and may include customization, returns are generally not accepted.
Return requests will only be considered under the circumstances outlined below.
Returns may be accepted if:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- An incorrect product was delivered
- An incorrect size was delivered compared to the size ordered
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect customization details entered by the customer
- Slight color variation due to screen display differences
- Minor variations in print placement, embroidery placement, stitching, or finishing
- Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale events, where specified
All eligible return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
SECTION 3 - EXCHANGE POLICY
As most products are manufactured specifically for each order, exchanges are generally not available.
Exchange requests may be approved only in the following cases:
- Wrong size delivered by UniStreet
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received has a manufacturing defect
- Product was damaged during shipping
Approved exchange requests will be processed after the original product has been received and inspected by our team.
Customers are strongly advised to refer to the size chart available on each product page before placing an order.
Products cannot be exchanged because:
- The customer selected the wrong size
- The customer prefers a looser or tighter fit after receiving the product
- Measurements were not checked before ordering
We recommend comparing the size chart with a similar garment you already own before making a purchase.
SECTION 4 - REFUND POLICY
Refunds will only be processed in the following situations:
- A cancellation request is approved before production begins
- A return request is approved after inspection
- UniStreet is unable to fulfill the order
- An order is cancelled by UniStreet due to inventory, operational, or technical issues
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that banking timelines may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return or cancellation is due to an error on our part.
SECTION 5 - DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Your request must include:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging, if applicable
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–5 business days.
Failure to report the issue within 48 hours of delivery may result in rejection of the claim.
UniStreet reserves the right to request additional information before approving a replacement, exchange, or refund.
SECTION 6 - CUSTOMIZED & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Certain products available on this website may include:
- Name printing
- Batch year printing
- Society or committee names
- Custom text
- Personalized embroidery
- Any customer-specific customization
Such products are manufactured specifically for the customer and are therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect customization details entered by the customer
- Incorrect spelling submitted during checkout
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Preference changes after order placement
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all customization details entered during checkout are accurate and complete.
Once a customized product enters production, modifications, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds may not be possible.
SECTION 7 - ORDER REFUSAL & FRAUD PREVENTION
UniStreet reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of our policies.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Fraudulent transactions
- Duplicate orders
- Payment verification failures
- Misuse of promotional offers
- Orders containing inappropriate or offensive customization content
Any eligible refund arising from such cancellations will be processed in accordance with this policy.
