Exchange, Return & Refund Policy – SRCC Official Merchandise E-Shoppe
At UniStreet (operated by Surge Fabrics), we strive to deliver premium, customised SRCC merchandise with care. Since all products are made-to-order and often personalised, certain conditions apply for exchanges, returns, and refunds.
As all products are custom-made, we follow a strict no cancellation, no return or refund policy. However, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions mentioned below:
Exchange Eligibility:
Exchange/replacement is allowed only for the same product purchased, and only in case of:
- Size issues
- Defective or damaged product received
- Wrong item delivered
Personalised Items:
Products with customised names, years, or batch prints are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
Exchange Process:
- Fill out the Exchange Request Form (link below) within 3 days of delivery.

- Once approved, the product will be picked up within 24–48 hours.
- After we receive and inspect the item, the new product will be dispatched.
- The entire process may take 7–8 working days.
- In case the requested item is out of stock, our team will contact you with an estimated dispatch timeline.
Pickup Attempts:
The courier partner will make 3 pickup attempts. Please ensure you are available to hand over the parcel to avoid delays.
Single Exchange Policy:
Exchange is allowed only once per order.
Product Condition:
Items sent for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
